The Trade-In Value quoted on the Device Trade-In Calculator is preliminary. Mister Mobile reserves the right to adjust the final quotation if there are any discrepancies found from the options you have selected.

Bulk Transactions

The quoted Trade-In Value is valid for transactions of less than 3 of the same model. For bulk transactions, contact me through WhatsApp to confirm the quote before visiting.

Price Validity of New and Used Device Buyback

As quotes fluctuate with the market rate, they are valid for same-day transactions or until the next day before 8 pm only. For example, a quote received on June 10th is valid on June 10th and 11th (before 8 pm). If you wish to trade in/ buyback your device another day, it is important to recheck the prices.

Legal Requirements

You must provide your Identity Card at the point of transaction. I need your NRIC for the trade-in process as per the requirements of the Singapore Police Force and Secondhand Dealers’ License regulations.

Unaccepted Devices

You must not trade in a device with a carrier lock, SIM lock, or company lock and still under a financing plan. If you submit a device with any of these locks, you will be fully liable for any potential police report or legal action. You will also take full responsibility by repurchasing the device from Mister Mobile.

Mister Mobile reserves the right to reject any trade-in/buyback at my discretion.

New Device Buyback Singapore

To obtain a higher Trade-In Value, you can ensure that:

• All original accessories, such as the box, cable, earpiece, and packaging are present.

My definition of a Brand New Device is as follows:

• The device must be unused and in its original packaging, opened for no more than 14 days.
• All original accessories must be intact and unused.
• Be prepared to present the original receipt of purchase for verification purposes.
• Devices that have been opened or activated for up to 14 days can still be sold to me, albeit at a reduced value.

For example, a device bought 6 months ago, even if unused, is considered a used set. Kindly carry out your due diligence and inquire if there are any discrepancies regarding my definition of a “Brand New Device.”

Used Device Trade-In Singapore

To secure the best Trade-In Value for your device, you should ensure that:

• Your device has never been repaired before. For example, if an iPhone screen has been replaced with a third-party part, it will affect the value.
• Your device is in good condition with no inherent defects. Use the Device Trade-In Calculator to get a more accurate estimated quotation based on the condition of your device.
